At Sleeping Giant Media, we’re not interested in old hat SEO, we’re not looking for guess work paid-search, and we don’t want standard social. We’re bigger than that. We are GIANTS.

You may not be an expert – but that’s fine. Because we are! From the moment you step through the doors, you will be in the company of some of the country’s foremost authorities in digital marketing, and will undergo an intensive course of training to get you up to speed. We don’t play about, here; we make sure all our GIANTS are more than just a namesake.

Role Package

Our GIANTS are given above and beyond what you could expect from an office job. Yes, we have the free drinks and snacks, and you’ll learn more about our office below, but it’s more than that.

Our Home

On the outskirts of the town centre, you wouldn’t expect an unassuming concrete building to house the Giants that it does. And yet, here we are in the penthouse of the Civic Centre, overlooking the English Channel.

Between these walls, we have a secret room, a fully stocked bar, a cupboard loaded with snacks, fridges loaded with drinks, games consoles, numerous breakout areas, offices covered in grass, nerf guns, a dartboard, scooters, a lego logo wall, and (probably most famously) a ball pit.

Plus, we’re only a short walk from the beach which is AWESOME in the summer!

Commercial Sales Executive

Up to £20,000 Basic with uncapped commission + benefits

What does it take to be a commercial sales exec at Sleeping Giant Media?

We are looking to hire a Commercial Executive into team Giant, is that you? This isn’t just some “sales” job either, this is your chance to join a fast-growing company and help it grow, all whilst shaping your own career path.

This role helps support the Commercial Manager and team in delivering a proactive approach in driving the growth of new business services, lead generation and business development to help hit finance and growth goals for the company.

If you’re someone who is a communicator, accountable, positive, effective and self-aware then you would be a great fit for our team.

Senior/Search Marketing Manager

Between £27 – £39k DOE

What does it take to be a search marketing manager at Sleeping Giant Media?

Joining the business as a new Account Manager you will need to lead and develop a portfolio of client accounts while managing a team of like-minded GIANTS. The role will require a high level of experience in PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Outreach Strategy and Social Media, as well as an overall marketing strategy and account development. Don’t worry though! You’ll have the full support of the Client Service team, the Associate Client Services Director and the Head of Data in order to achieve these goals.


Client facing skills are essential and the role will require the applicant to be responsible for and take ownership of a number of high-value accounts. We want you to come into the team raring to go and to constantly develop – pushing yourself, the team, and the business to greater levels of customer satisfaction through dedication to the role.



  • Extensive knowledge of PPC, SEO a must, Social preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail

Search Marketing Executive

What does it take to be a search marketing executive at Sleeping Giant Media?

The Client Services Team is made up of people from different walks of life, who all share the common goal of exceeding expectations for their clients. They are responsible for designing unique and highly technical strategies for their clients to achieve higher levels of engagement and ROI through search engine optimisation and paid search.

Supported by the Client Services Director, Head of Client Services, and Head of Data this group of people want to welcome any new starter with a warm smile, a cup of tea, and a minimum 3-month course of training before setting you loose on client accounts.

We want you to come into the team raring to go, to learn the basics, and to constantly develop – pushing yourself, the team, and the business to greater levels of customer satisfaction through dedication to the role. The role involves learning and implementing the many skills and best practices around PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Outreach Strategy and Social Media to support the Search Account Manager in the running of key client accounts.

The company itself celebrated its 10 Year Anniversary in 2018, and we think that success is because all of our Giants are Heroes. If you join us, you’ll have to be too! The only way to know this is if you wear CAPES. That is, if you are a Communicator, Accountable, Positive, Effective, and Self-Aware.
