We asked our agency partners how much tea and coffee they drink, and, as it turns out, you’re not quite as addicted to caffeine as we expected – with a lot of the votes actually including decaff! But we got the answer we were looking for… the majority of you admitted to drinking 5/6 cups of coffee a day on average, with a small percentage of you actually consuming ten cups of coffee a day!
Don’t fret! There appear to be a few positives to be had from your steamy brew:
1) Coffee could actually make you healthier, thanks to a number of antioxidants it contains helping to fight off free radicals.
2) Not to mention all the vitamins it has too – 11% of the daily recommended amount of Riboflavin (vitamin B2), 6% of Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5), 3% of Manganese and Potassium, and 2% of Niacin and Magnesium.
3) Liver suffering a bit? Drinking four cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of developing cirrhosis by 80%.
4) And for those looking to burn fat, drinking caffeine can increase your metabolism from 3% to 11%.
I mean, we’re no doctors or anything, but I think we’ve offered some pretty valuable life-saving knowledge right there – which is exactly the kind of treatment you can expect from being a partner of ours.
