Here at Giant Towers, whether that’s remote or in the tower itself, we pride ourselves on the investment we put into our people.

This investment ranges from an extensive list of benefits, through to a robust training programme all our Giants find themselves on. Building the next generation of kick-ass digital marketers.

We’ve won awards for it before in fact, being recognised as Employer of the Year on a few occasions through KEiBA and Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce.

We’re super proud of our entire team here at Sleeping Giant Media, continually looking to improve and build upon what makes us a great investor in people.

Helping to take the reins themselves to see things implemented, bringing new ideas to the table and pushing our business forward.

The last eighteen months has put a strain on every individual across the globe, and we’re so proud of team Giant for all they’ve done to remain composed, forward-thinking, and as awesome as always.

That’s why we’re even more proud than ever to announce that we’ve been recognised this year in the Investors In People Awards!

This has seen us in finalist positions for:

The Investors in People Awards celebrate the very best organisations and individuals from around the world across various organisational, people, wellbeing and leadership categories. Each year hundreds of organisations from the UK and abroad battle it out to take home one of the sought after trophies to show their award-winning commitment to investing in their people.

The winners will be announced on the 23rd November 2021 through a virtual awards ceremony – so we might don a party hat or two as we watch on.
