One of our three core values is making people GIANT, and this philosophy is a two-way street applying not only to our clients, but to our employees. We like our Giants to feel empowered in order to grow GIANT, and we nurture this in a multitude of ways, including: 6 monthly performance reviews (including discussion of pay grade and future aspirations), unlimited holiday, health cash plan, discounts in stores, regular professional development meetings, in house food and drinks, regular subsidised team activities – such as white water rafting and go-karting, monthly team and company lunches, charitable events, and the opportunity to attend national and global conferences, networking events, exhibitions etc. We also hold an annual Awards Ceremony to celebrate and recognise our Giants achievements made throughout the year, and this is held at our yearly Christmas Party.

It takes a lot of upkeep, but is something we take pride in. We constantly review our policies, perks, and benefits; we undertake higher than average frequency reviews, have a two way feedback process, perform company surveys quarterly (the last one received a 100% positive response rate), and have dedicated teams to improve the involvement of employees in company business. We do all this to engage our employees and make Sleeping Giant Media a place people are proud to be a part of. We want to make sure our team are the best, as we would be nowhere without them.
