We’re honoured to have won the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Customer Service 2016 award, sponsored by Wilkins Kennedy. The Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce awards seek to celebrate Kent Business Excellence, and saw us up against two other finalists including digital agency Active Digital in the Excellence in Customer Service category.
With our heavy client centred focus that’s dedicated to providing outstanding levels of customer service, it is fantastic to win an award that recognises this. We’re already the proud winner of three other Customer Service awards, including KEiBA Award for Customer Service and Commitment 2014, RAR Digital Awards for Search (Under 40 Staff) 2015, and the No. 1 agency for Customer Service in the UK in the Drum Digital Census. Both of these national awards are judged on testimonials and feedback from their clients, and we’ve been lucky enough to have also been finalists in many more awards.
