We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to environmental impact, continuously improving our practices in line with our Net Zero targets.
CARBON REDUCTION PLAN
We’re working towards hitting Net Zero emissions by 2038. Our ambitious carbon reduction plan is grounded in science-based targets that align with the latest climate science, to limit global temperature rise.

- Certified by B Lab, this accreditation recognises that Sleeping Giant Media meets rigorous standards of environmental and social performance, accountability, and transparency.
- It’s an external validation of the work we’ve been doing for years (from reducing our carbon footprint to fostering a culture built on fairness and respect).
Becoming a B Corp isn’t about a badge; it’s about responsibility. It challenges us to look deeper into every aspect of what we do – how we support our team, engage with our community, and protect our environment – and continually improve.
As part of our mission to promote social and environmental responsibility, all employees at Sleeping Giant Media are expected to:

The Culture Squad exists to spread joy, support and wellbeing throughout the business and our wider community. Their mission is to make SGM a more inclusive, positive and connected workplace, through events, employee-led initiatives, mental health awareness and charitable action.
