The Drum Has Given Us Something To Smile About…

BIG news We received our copy of The Drum Independent Agencies Census 2016 in the post, and are delighted to announce we have been voted No. 1 in the UK for Client Satisfaction in the Media Agencies category!

The Drum Independent Agencies Census

The Drum Independent Agencies Census is compiled in association with the Recommended Agency Register (RAR), and ranks agencies according to various aspects of their performance. 180 agencies took part in the census, so this is quite a feat for us as we are the only Kent based agency to rank in the top ten of this poll. We saw ourselves up against some very large national agencies who had a combined turnover of £638,076,059 and an average turnover of £19,335,638!

The Media Agencies Client Rankings category saw an average score of at least 92% (ours was 97%) for the on budget metric, and an average score of 91% (ours was 94%) for client service across all agencies. With these high average scores (which are ranked based on information provided by our clients), we are over the moon to have achieved first place in the Client Rankings table, with The Drum noting we are performing well across all metrics and ranking highly in particular for the metrics of client service (94%) and on time (94%).”

Anthony Klokkou, Managing Director, says of the win: “We are overwhelmed by this national recognition from The Drum. The credit sits with our fantastic team of Giants, and the great relationships they’ve built with our clients. To be ranked No. 1 in the UK with so many great agencies alongside us means a huge amount, so a big thank you to our clients and amazing team!

Steve Antoniewicz, Managing Director of the Recommended Agency Register, says of the census, “… our Independent Agencies Census shows that many independents in the UK are flourishing, adding, Aside from the excellent financial performance, independents continue to achieve strong client satisfaction scores on RAR across the full breadth of the marketing services spectrum.
