Samantha Slee is the Head of People at Sleeping Giant Media, an award-winning digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Sam has worked across Education, FMCG, and Digital Marketing, bringing a people-first approach to every organisation she supports.
Sam holds a BA in Criminology from the University of Hull and is CIPD Level 7 qualified. A true business partner, she is passionate about creating a culture where employees thrive, making Sleeping Giant Media a fantastic place to work. Her focus is on helping people grow, develop, and achieve their career aspirations.
At the heart of her role is designing and delivering management training programs, enhancing wellbeing and mental health support, and guiding staff through their day-to-day challenges. She believes that HR isn’t just policies and paperwork—it’s about people, ensuring employees have a voice, a place to share ideas, and the right foundations to succeed.
