Mergim Ramaj is a Senior SEO Executive at Sleeping Giant Media with just over 3 years of dedicated experience in SEO. Prior to his journey into digital marketing, he attended University where he got a BSc honours degree in Business & Marketing. He then honed his skills as a manager in the retail industry, where he learned the value of effective management, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding consumer behaviour.
