EXPERIENCE
Lizzi Hill is an Account Director at Sleeping Giant Media. Lizzi is a generalist marketer who began her digital marketing career at Sleeping Giant Media in 2015 and has held a variety of roles in this time, most notably in the Client Services team where she specialises in Account Management. Having worked with clients of all shapes and sizes, Lizzi has a particular interest in Learning & Development and is a huge proponent of using an understanding of human behaviour to improve communication and strategy in the digital marketing sphere.
Talks & Recognition
Lizzi has facilitated a vast array of training sessions and represented Sleeping Giant Media at many talks since 2015. Her historic specialisms have included Local & Small Business Marketing, Client Communication and Digital Strategy, as well as coaching and mentoring others in these areas. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider for the business.
WHAT DRIVES ME
As someone who is deeply motivated by understanding human behaviour, connection is at the heart of everything Lizzi does. She thrives when she’s able to support others – whether that’s providing them with a tailor made book recommendation (please direct all enquiries to @lizzislibrary on Insta…), or guiding a colleague or client through a knotty challenge. Lizzi’s real passion lies in coaching others and helping people to rethink their approach; she loves breaking down barriers, re-strategising, and unlocking new ways forward. Her favourite moments at work are those where she can help others shift their mindset, gain confidence, and ultimately get the best out of themselves and the people around them.
