Kirsty Evans is the Workspace Manager at Sleeping Giant Media, ensuring that the agency’s office is a safe, efficient, and people-first environment. With expertise in workspace management, office operations, and employee experience, she plays a key role in fostering a productive and well-organised workplace.
Her responsibilities span health and safety compliance, facilities coordination, and internal communication, ensuring that GIANT Towers operates at its best. She also supports recruitment and onboarding, helping to maintain a thriving company culture by bringing in top digital talent.
As a qualified first aider, fire warden, and holder of the IOSH Managing Safely certification, Kirsty is dedicated to ensuring workplace safety and compliance, helping to create a secure and well-managed environment for all employees.
A strong advocate for sustainability and ethical business practices, Kirsty is leading Sleeping Giant Media’s B Corp application, a process that aligns the company with high social and environmental standards.
With a passion for problem-solving and organisational efficiency, Kirsty ensures that both people and systems function seamlessly, making her an integral part of Sleeping Giant Media’s award-winning workplace culture. And while she takes office management slightly more seriously than Michael Scott, she still appreciates a well-timed “”That’s what she said”” joke.

She may not be giving TED Talks just yet, but if you need someone to calmly lead an emergency fire drill without causing chaos, she’s got it covered.
WHAT DRIVES ME
When she’s not keeping GIANT Towers in perfect order, Kirsty enjoys embracing the weird, the wonderful, and the downright mysterious.
A self-confessed conspiracy theory enthusiast, she loves diving down rabbit holes of unsolved mysteries and questionable moon landings. And, of course, no deep-dive into the unknown is complete without a perfectly brewed cup of tea – milk first, always.
Kirsty is also a massive Jurassic Park fan, drawn to the wonder of dinosaurs, the unpredictability of chaos theory, and Jeff Goldblum being effortlessly iconic. She’d be first in line to visit a real-life Jurassic Park, as long as she had a faster escape route than the lawyer.
She also firmly believes that The Office (US) is a masterpiece but promises to manage the workspace without declaring herself Assistant (to the) Regional Manager or instituting a strict bears, beets, and Battlestar Galactica policy.
Away from work, she can often be found hunting for hidden treasures as an amateur metal detectorist, taking out the competition on Call of Duty, or curled up with a good book.
A dedicated animal lover, Kirsty has a soft spot for cats and all creatures great and small, just preferably not the prehistoric, people-chasing kind.
