Jonny is Growth Manager at Sleeping Giant Media, where he works closely with the agency’s specialists to deliver outstanding outcomes for their clients, with a laser-focus on their key focuses and objectives.
Prior to this role, he served as a Digital Consultant at Iliffe Media Group, where he oversaw a period of digital transformation throughout the pandemic, with innovations across products, advertising packages, and internal training.

Known for his clear communication, analytical thinking, and commercial focus, Jonny is frequently recognised for transforming insight into action. At KM Media Group, he was the sole digital specialist in the commercial team, where he restructured offerings, built new marketing collateral, and launched cross-platform digital products.
Jonny also delivered internal digital training and supported regional sales teams across the UK. His ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and digital performance has made him a trusted voice within the agency and beyond.
What Drives Me
Jonny is passionate about being the best version of himself, acting with positive intent, and assuming the same in others. With spare time is always prioritised around his young family, which generally means a mixture of Parks, Arcades, Beaches and Soft Play Centres!
