With over a decade at the agency, Heather has grown through multiple roles – from Search Account Executive to Senior Account Manager and Project Lead – gaining deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital delivery. Her career also includes marketing and project coordination roles at Saga Holidays and Holiday Extras, where she managed high-profile partner campaigns and collaborated across creative, PR, and e-commerce teams.
