Bex is Head of Client Services at Sleeping Giant Media, bringing over 12 years of experience in growing client accounts, leading high-performing teams, and delivering award-winning campaigns. Her experience spans both agency and freelance environments, with extensive work across FMCG, beauty, luxury, and automotive sectors. Prior to her current role, Bex built and scaled the Client Services function at Green Park Content and led major international accounts for clients such as Unilever, Coca-Cola and Clarins. She has also run her own consultancy, offering strategic support, training, and mentoring to client services professionals.

Her work has directly contributed to award-winning campaigns, including standout projects for Coca-Cola where she acted as a cross-agency lead, directly leading to YOY sales uplift.
