What’s your specialist skill or party trick?

My specialist topic is music, my skill would be singing and the party trick is that I can stick the front part of my tongue to the back. 

What does your day job entail?

My role is to conduct the day to day project coordination, planning and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple teams. In addition, my role includes customer relationship management and developing digital marketing strategies in order to increase product/brand visibility and ultimately conversions for clients across a range of sectors, targeting a range of personas, whilst communicating all plans to the client, the internal team and any partner agencies working with the client.

SEO and Client Management

What’s your favourite part of working at Sleeping Giant Media?

The people are so genuinely nice, your efforts are recognised and appreciated and the freedom of empowerment with no micromanagement.

What’s one of your favourite campaigns or accounts you’ve worked on?

All of my clients are my favourites. Everyone has their own individual qualities.

What about digital inspires you the most?

The complete transformation of businesses through digital channels. As an example, as a result of the pandemic last year I had a client who was an events company. Following the cancellation of live events, they were on the edge of collapse. Following the suggestion to incorporate PPC and to shift the offering from live to virtual events they went on to not only survive the pandemic but expanded their team.

What’s your favourite marketing platform and why?

Google (they may be listening lol) But I do really love Search Console as you get a great insight into how Google perceives your website, products and service offering, whilst also identifying any potential gaps.

Name a random fact about yourself…

I had never been abroad until my honeymoon at the age of 27 and that was a 12.5-hour flight to Mexico.
