I am a self confessed geek with a passion for sport. Literally any sport as well.football, running, martial arts (Krav Maga) and basically anything competitive. Everyone that knows me also knows of my desire for competition with a mixture of fair play, camaraderie and team spirit.

When I am not spending my time being a competitive nerd or getting excited about new SEO approaches I love to spend time with my wife and family.

I ran the London 2 Brighton 100K with Sean and Tom raising money for Combat Stress which is one of the toughest things I have ever done. The blisters got us in the end but we managed to complete the course.

My main role at Sleeping Giant Media is as a Client Services Director. I live and breathe digital strategy and how this fits into our clients business goals. This basically means that I spend all day thinking of new and innovative ways to improve the strategies of our client’s search marketing efforts and distil this information to my team to implement for our ever-growing client base. I truly believe in honesty and saying it how it is. If performance is good, fantastic. If it’s bad I don’t shy away from it.

I am by no means at the peak of my expertise about the ever-expanding worlds that are SEO, PPC and social media but I do my best to keep up! My half-German side tends to aid me with sticking to processes and ensuring that everyone understands the importance of them in a client-focused environment.

Before my time at SGM I was a white label manager and worked with clients such a NOTW, ITV and The Sun to help them with their cashback platforms. I also run my own websites to test SEO theories and innovative ways to connect customers to sellers.

If you asked me to order my priorities they would be my wife, digital marketing (Sleeping Giant Media team) and sport. (Just in case she reads this!)
