Mergim Ramaj is an SEO Executive at Sleeping Giant Media with just over 2 years of dedicated experience in SEO. Prior to his journey into digital marketing, he attended University where he got a BSc honours degree in Business & Marketing. He then honed his skills as a manager in the retail industry, where he learned the value of effective management, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding consumer behaviour.
Specialities
He is a valued member of the SEO team, excelling in communication, organisation and collaborative working. He has delivered client-facing SEO training, including on-page SEO and regularly attends in-house training sessions. He has a particular interest in website security and enjoys testing new processes.

In his spare time, Mergim enjoys watching and playing football (Arsenal) and spending time with friends and family.
