When did you start working at Sleeping Giant Media?
What’s your specialist skill or party trick?
What does your day job entail?
The aim of the game is to ensure the client services team can do their jobs as effectively and efficiently as possible, and that our clients receive exceptional service. From an operational perspective, that means I have lots of conversations with different members of the team about client performance, general activity, the challenges and blockers they are currently experiencing, and work to find and roll out solutions for them.
What areas of digital marketing do you specialise in?
Controversially, I have no particular area of digital marketing speciality, but have an affinity with the retail industry. My strengths lie in my organisation, I’m generally a very capable person at whatever I put my mind to, and very good at getting stuff done.

What’s your favourite part of working at Sleeping Giant Media?
I feel challenged every single day, and have never felt comfortable… personal development comes from outside your comfort zone, right?
What’s one of your favourite campaigns or accounts you’ve worked on?
I loved working with Catchpole & Rye, their products are so beautiful!
What about digital inspires you the most?
I really enjoy being able to observe and track the impact of digital. You can monitor the ROI!
What’s your favourite marketing platform and why?
Google, because I’m a big advocate of “focus on the user and all else will follow.”
